Employment Law training
Training on employment law issues is important given the whole
array of employment legislation that affects the working
relationship between a manager and employee.
In order to ensure compliance with this legislation, it is
important to train those with managerial responsibilities and,
indeed, employees. In particular, when discrimination claims are
brought at employment tribunal, one aspect that the tribunal will
consider is the level of training that staff have received on equal
opportunities and discrimination issues.
Our training courses are interactive and practical. We can
attend at your workplace (or other chosen location) to deliver this
training. They are typically run in workshop style, with case
studies and day-to day scenarios providing real practical guidance.
We will ensure that all attendees are fully up to date with
changing and complex employment legislation - our training is
delivered in an uncomplicated way and is relevant to the workplace.
In-house training is available on an ad hoc basis at discounted
rates or may be scheduled as part of the initial
agreement.
