It
provides financial certainty and real protection. Unlike some
providers, we do not insist that you commit to a multiple year
contract sign-up. We are confident that you will judge us by our
quality service and therefore we only ask that you commit to 12
months.

Dedicated and experienced professional
assistance
You will be assigned a specific named employment law adviser
and a dedicated team. Your adviser will have been carefully chosen
to meet your specific requirements and will be an experienced
employment law solicitor or qualified to a similar legal equivalent
standard. Your named adviser will sit within a team (also
experienced and qualified) and the dedicated members of that team
will be familiar with your organisation and ready to
assist.
Your adviser will provide you with personal service and will
work in partnership with you. Your adviser will guide you through
the maze of employment legislation in a practical, user friendly
and commercial manner. Your adviser will identify your preferred
outcome and help you to achieve it.
Telephone and email helpline
Your adviser (and team) will be on hand to deal with your day
to day employment issues. You will speak to your dedicated adviser
team every time you call. The team will work together to ensure
that you receive consistent advice. Unlike some other providers,
you will not have to speak to a different person each time you call
and repeat the issue time and time again.
The helpline is available on a 24 hour/365 day
basis.
Where problems arise that require more than telephone advice,
we will provide you with the standard correspondence required to
deal with the issue.
Comprehensive contracts of employment and
employee handbook
We
will review, draft, update and tailor your contracts of
employment and employee handbook so as to ensure that you
have robust and legally compliant contracts, policies and
procedures. We will also provide guidance on
implementation.
We
will update your documentation as and when necessary to ensure that
you are compliant with changes to employment
legislation.
Dedicated on-line "Client Zone"
We
will provide you with a bespoke secure on-line employment
management system. You will have a dedicated
client zone area and from here you will be able to access your
employment precedents, the employee handbook, practical guides,
template letters, details of our training and much
more.
Within this section, you will also be able to view your
client files. This will ensure continuity of service and
transparency. In the event that a subsequent
employment tribunal claim arises in relation to any employee, we
will be fully familiar with the issue and will have the
documentation relating to it.
Your Client Zone will be protected so that
only you (and those nominated by you) have access.

We
provide monthly updates which will provide practical guidance and
keep you informed of all the latest developments.
Employment law training
By
subscribing to the service you will have access to our annual
employment law update conference. We will also provide regular

Comprehensive and reliable legal expenses
insurance cover
At
your choice, the package can be complemented by legal expenses
insurance. This means that your business will be protected against
the cost of defending expensive employment tribunal litigation and
most awards of up to £100,000 per claim (£1 million in aggregate).
The insurance (which is subject to our terms of
engagement and policy terms) is comprehensive and
reliable.
Complimentary access to our annual update
conference
Each year, we host an annual update conference. This will
bring you up to date with recent changes in employment and health
and safety legislation and we run through key employment tribunal
cases relevant to managing an organisation. Attendance at this
session will ensure that you are fully familiar with any proposed
changes.
Employment tribunal
representation
Having already advised on the matter via your designated
adviser, we will represent you in the event that an employment
tribunal claim is made against your organisation.
Consultancy
There may be occasions when you need expert HR assistance
on site. We are able to attend on site to provide experienced
HR support. This could include, for example, managing a restructure
or redundancy exercise, TUPE assistance, specific advice on a
disciplinary or grievance matter, a HR clinic, implementing
performance management systems, specific HR projects or change
